Mastering the art of Tuscan cuisine: A culinary journey at Cucina Giuseppina

Updated: Aug 9

Giuseppina, with over ten years of cooking class experience is the best teacher. In 2009 she opened (with her sons) the cooking studio of her dreams, an intimate romantic setting in the medieval village of Certaldo overlooking the valley and San Gimignano.

During the class you will prepare and eat a traditional Italian four course meal:

– antipasto

– Fresh pasta

– Main course

– Dessert

I wanted to learn how to make pastas for a long time and I convince Martin to come with me. Our half-day course with Giuseppina was fantastic and we had a lot of fun. It was a hands on course, with a small group and we made a multiple course meal that was really good. At the end, we all sit together, drink a lot of wine and eat what we just made.

Trust me, it’s a memorable experience for any food lover.
